Design
As architects we approach each project as an opportunity to create something that is uniquely yours. We distill the information you provide into a guiding concept. This concept is developed in detail to become the project drawings and documents used to price, permit and build the project. We curate products and materials to ease your experience of the process and ensure a cohesive design. As contractors we’re thinking about constructability during the design process, which streamlines the construction phase ahead.
Pricing
We collect bids from our trusted subcontractors and incorporate them into a comprehensive project budget. The thorough work done in the Design Phase is essential to the accuracy this phase.
Construction
At this stage, we are in agreement on the design and budget. We move forward with financing, permitting and construction. The duration of construction is dependent on the complexity of the project. Our goal is to be in alignment on completion date expectations for a seamless project delivery.
